So Jim, do you think that converting the heater to gas would be the better route to take? Neither option is one that I'd feel comfortable trying to do myself (I can handle water, but explosive gases and high voltage electricity are outside of my playground parameters), and there are a bunch more gas heaters available than there are electric.
