Need help identifying a chip

I received a real looking chip, without a name or location on it. What it does have on it $100, so I'd like to know where I might be able to cash it in :-D

Its 4Cm in diamater, black, with green sections from the outside about .7cm, at 6oclock, 2oclock and 10oclock. The entire center section, about 2.2cm, is white, with a logo depicting a wreath of some sort, with a pair of dice at the base, and $100 in red about the middle of the wreath, with the text "POKER" in black below. it i the same both sides, and when rotated alone its vertical axis, coin facing you, reveals the same image on both side, no translation. Embossed around the coin, on both sides, are 16 horses. The coin appears to have glitter embedded in it, and in the ink or whatever was used to print it. The coin has a texture about it's entire surface, including the painted area. The outer rim has no detail.

Any ideas? I'm from Massachusetts, but the other coins I received had names on them, from Las Vegas. I mgith post a picture if necessary, but getting a camera might not be done in a timely fashion. Thanks in advance!
