I concur with Rick and Mark, I would add one very important issue!

eBay is an auction site, people like to think/see/hope they are getting a bargin. Do not list your items at the HIGH end of any guide you may have. List your items in a comfort range that if that was all you got you wouldn't lose money, or at least not too much. The lesson to be learned is current, someone posted yesterday 4 chips and was asking TOP end of TCR prices. He had no bids. He lowered his prices today! You don't need to be a .99 person either, just pick a price you are comfortable with that is reflected by the guides and be low enough get people looking & bidding!

And don't just list the item, tell about it!
