No, that wasn't the problem. I'm pretty familar with using the web and the image just was not visible with Netscape 4.07. I had both browsers open and pointed to the same page. I could see the image with Explorer but it was broken in Netscape. In fact, I just tried again and it is still not working in Netscape.
