I spoke with one of the writers of the Chip Rack two weeks ago (Michael Knapp), and he assured me that the writers are working hard on getting the new issue out. He also told me he would have additional information for me later that day, but we failed to hook up.

I feel confident that a new issue will be coming out, the question is really WHEN it will be coming out.

I'll have to email Allan or Michael and get the latest scoop.
