The content pages of this version are dated at the top, 1989. This copy has no registration number or other detail on front but does now bear the copyright data.
Again, this is a whole series of sequential pages.
I have shown the first two pages - you will see that his 'List 1', 'List 2' at the top are actually page numbers in this version.
Look at the bottom and you will see his advert for the "Blue Book"
Again, I maintain the "Blue Book" itself was the binder, and 20 or so pages of introductory pages. It was not a specific physical list, it was a means of storing his lists, and when you first got it, it came with whatever was the latest.
There is no mention of ANY Silver Star chips on any page in this version of the book. Id say that at this time he had sold out of whatever $1's he got when they were open. Every page in this issue is dated 1989.
