Two guys are ice fishing in Minnesota.
One of the guys gets bored, so he lights a stick of dynamite and throws it out on the ice.
(Where do stupid people get dynamite?)
His dog thinks they are playing fetch. The dog 'fetches' the dynamite and starts to bring it back.
One of the guys starts shooting at the dog with a .22 rifle, hoping to scare it away.
(Why do they have guns AND dynamite if they're ice fishing? Must be a Minnesota thing.)
The dog doesn't like being shot at, so he hides under the SUV that the guys have parked on the ice.
BOOM!
Good bye dog. Good bye SUV. NOT a good day at the ice fishin' hole!

I know. It is difficult to believe that people can be this stupid. But I heard it in the radio.
