When you pasted the URL into the "Optional Image URL" box, you only included "Convention_Chips.JPG". The correct URL is to have "http://www.chipguide.com/chimage.php?image=/" infront of what you posted. I suspect that when you uploaded the scan, you may have only copied part of the URL.
