I saw one of those (maybe the same one you bought) and almost bought it. In 2001, shortly after I started collecting, I posted an advertisement in the local newspaper seeking chips. I got a response from a guy who had bought a poker table and found some Jennie V's chips inside a compartment in it. He had five $1, twelve $5 and two $25 chips. I tried to find a buyer for him on the Chip Board, and would have gotten a $1 and a $5 as a finder's fee, but I never knew what became of the guy or his chips.

It could be that my posting on the board led to him finding a buyer, in which case the chip you now own COULD rightly be part of my finder's fee. If the guilt gets to be too much for you, I'll send you my address.
