Mark, I know you and I and Campiglia an maybe two others care or know anything about northern Nevada. Nobody cares, nobody wants to know and by God tell me some more dry old Vegas history that has been hashed and rehashed OVER AND OVER. Oh Goody, wcould you tell me about Bugsy and Benny one more time?

The incredible history of the rest of Nevada Gaming is getting lost and well maybe it should be. There is no interest from most collectors. Ely or Elko, Wendover or Wells, which is which, most don't have a clue and that is sad.

So much left in Wells due to Gene and Peg Kaplan. I got Allen Anderson to publish some of their stuff and got nothing but a bunch of criticism cause it wasn't Vegas. Screw Vegas...of course it was a big part of it but the rest of the state had tons more that needs to be documented.

James and I have much we will eventually get posted on the ashtray site. Sad thing is most won't see it but it will be there.

Just a really sad deal...HOPEFULLY SOMEBODY WILL GET THE WHOLE HISTORY OF THE DA$N SPLASH BAR DOCUMENTED!!!I Guess then the history of Nevada Gaming will be complete.

I just don't get it but then I collect ashtrays, so excuse me for living!!
