To make sure that the same problem will not occur again make several emails address books. The first thing you might consider is copy your 'address book' to a floppy dish as often as you can this way if your address book file is corrupted you can always reinstall your back up file even if they are not up to date at least you don't have to reconstruct much. Secondly you might consider what I do is am have adopted a separate copy in the Roledex just for all the emails address. I have special Roledex entries for all the traders and chips I ordered through email and other related accessories suppliers. I know it is time consuming it must be done. And finally I print all emails I sent and received arrange them alphabetically in binders. These emails serve as my reference for postal addresses, phones numbers if there is, R of the member, and of course the email address.
