Billy is such a soft spoken and kind gentleman. I know he is a good friend of Charlie Meyerson. Charlie walks Billy out to valet most of the time.
He could talk to you for days! Too bad I have a job to do when he pulls up to valet.
I asked him about casino chips one day. The next day he came in with 5 or 6 old chips for me. I tried to give him some $$$ for them - he would not take it!
He asked about my chips and I told him all about my collection. He seemed to be facinated by the idea of collecting them.
It is hard to imagine Billy's past when you talk to him today.
