Sands Flambouyant St. Maarten

I am finishing up the new book on St Maarten and came across a referece to a casino called "Sands Flambouyant-St. Maarten" in Bill Borland's "Blue Book".
Bill gave no chip descriptions but did claim the casino was located in Philipsburg. I did an extensive search of the government records (incomplete at best), telephone books dating back 40 years, and newspapers covering the same period of time and found no mention of such a casino. I had similar results in my research for a casino called "Admiral Casino". Ralph Pollack, in his book, has a picture of a token bearing the "Admiral" name and a 1989 date. However he was unable to authenticate the token. I searched every cross- reference I could find in St Maarten and its library and could find no mention of the existence of the casino or anything else bearing that name. If any one has any information that can shed some light on these questions, please contact me.
