It looks like it is some of the non-Indian casinos that are getting sued. It is harder to sue the tribes. Here is a squib from the Courthouse News Service of July 25:

The Center for Environmental Health has sued Gaming Partners International USA and 24 other companies in a Proposition 65 complaint for failing to warn consumers about lead in poker chips.
