My daughter and grandson flew from AC to Orlando a few weeks ago and it cost about $30 MORE each than if they flew out of Philly. On top of the additional cost their plane was delayed 4 hours. As you said, you pay for everything on their flights such as $2 for bottled water (it might have been more).
