I agree that the design isn't generic, or we'd have seen gillions of them, and we haven't. My feeling's always been that a "generic" is a stock design, sold to anyone and widely distributed.

But this could just as easily have been part of a gift set given to the president of the local natural gas utility, couldn't it?
