After all, many of the categories of chips you listed, generally have collectors values of several dollars, and up, a piece. Generally, they are valued at greater amount than than your offer of "I am looking to buy some little to no value chips". In fact, in my estimation, given your list, here are the per-piece genral values I would apply in selling, almost all of which are greater than "little to no value".

No Cash Value Casino Chips $5 - ?
Tournament Only Casino Chips $5 - ?
Sample chips from the production company $5 - $15
Common $1 chips $3
Chips from defuct casinos of all denominations - big range here
Play chips (like a home set) $.20 - $1
Low denomination chips 25 and 50 cent (some from existing casino and some from defunct casinos) - again, big range
