I have that yellow chip as from both Surfside FL and Saratoga NY. But I have rarely or never seen a Rectangle-Heart mold chip from NY. They are most typically found in southern and a few midwest casinos. That is not to say that they were not originally purchased for use in FL and then used in NY later. Ed Hertels guide does not show the chip as being from NY.
