Yep, that's the place. Now its a bunch of trendy boutiques and "resorts" where the price for a cabin with path starts at $1500/week with a one week minimum stay. I ended up staying in Sarnia in a fleabag motel for only $100/night.

The lines at the border crossing at the Blue Water Bridge were a longer ordeal than anything I've encountered at any airport, in both directions. And it costs more to leave Canada than to get in. What's up with that? Who do you think you are, New Jersey?!?
