Just to set the record straight, Glenn. If a club member posts a message that violates the Club ethics code a complaint may be filed even if the poster deletes the offending message. We then revert to "secondary" evidence--just as is done in courts of law when the original libelous document is lost or destroyed--just as is done in courts of law when the defamation is oral and not printed.

As the Club director of ethics I am not suggesting that any post in this thread violates the Club's ethic rules. I am only providing information to Glenn's post.
