LLB = Batchelors of Law which is what all lawyers got at one point until the feds began to hire master degree folk for more money then LLB.
JD = Juris Doctorate, which is what the Law Schools changed the name to in order to get their graduates more money in starting salaries with the government. Those of us who graduated early had to pay $25 or so to get new sheepskin.
MS = Masters of Law, which I don't have.
JSD = Doctor of the Science of Jurisprudence or Doctor of the Science of Law, which degree I do have. It entitles me to submit posts to this board. It also took 2 years of residency and 7 years more to complete a publishable thesis.
Now, Scott, you know more than you ever wanted to know about those initials.
