As for the porno chips, there are a lot of circumstances involved. When a new chip comes out in Reno, I know how many to buy to satisfy my regular customers. If I am able to buy that many, then for some reason the supply vanishes, I will sell what I bought to the people I bought them for for the price I originally expected to get. All bets off for latecomers. But say a chip is released and a few get out, but it's pulled before I get to the casino. I will not take responsibility for circumstances beyond my control. If I miss out, the people depending on me miss out. That's the breaks. Casinos don't call me to tell me when a chip is available. The approval list may be old news. I call around regularly, but for example if a casino put out a chip this month in Reno, I'd be surprised. I don't call every casino every day.
