I'm damned if I do, damned if I don't. I've been severely criticized by some of my long-time new issues service subscribers who were not present at the last A.C Chapter meeting when I made available the $100 Taj Millennium chip at face value to 17 chip collectors.... a couple of whom I personally know immediately sold their chip at a substantial profit. I'm now being accused of controlling a market because I own 26 lousy chips of 500 chips issued. Gimme a friggin' break! I'm not forcing anyone to bid. Where's the outcry of protest against Tropicana for issuing such a low number of chips that their employees were allowed to buy up the bulk of them?

Let's see if I got this latest spin right. I'm expected to put 25 names in a hat and pull the winners names out and sell them this chip for $8@. It's now o.k. for the new owner to now sell the scarce chip for $50 or more? I don't think so. How about my many subscribers who have been with my service for more than five years. Their name goes in the same hat that a subscriber who has been with me for five weeks? I don't think so. But let's say that is what I decided to do... a lottery. Now I've made 25 chippers happy ... a few of whom may sell their chip privately at whatever price they determine .... but I've p----ed off close to a hundred other subscribers who feel they got "screwed" and chose to withdraw from my service. As I wrote to another chipper this morning, I'm not like Jesus Christ, who fed thousands of people from one loaf of bread and a few fish. I've got 26 chips period, for well over 100 subscribers. Search your souls and your hearts folks. Send me some more of your Solomon wisdom! I need all the help I can get. This problem is not going to go away. With Tropicana's past history (how come I'm not afraid to name the casino?) you can bet this problem will rear it's ugly head again, and again, and again. Take it out on me if you insist. I've got broad shoulders, but I think that some of your misdirected outrage should be directed towards Tropicana.....
