The Northern Belle is gone when the Windsor Casino had opened a larger casino. They used the Belle to handle the larger crowds. The chips were changed when the new casino opened about 2 years ago. Those are now all obsolete. Did you notice that the other side has Windsor Casino on it? I am not that good at placing values on chips like this. I have some for sale or trade at $5.00 each. I have seen some list them at $10.
