I'm not a seller, but have been contacted as an underbidder by both sellers and third parties and have made several purchases that way. I have also contacted sellers who received no bids and offered to buy their chips and have made several purchases that way.

My complaint is with eBay sellers who want to beat eBay out of commissions by selling multiple chips through contacts with underbidders who AT THE SAME TIME complain about some third party doing the same thing. As I said, I consider THIS ATTITUDE hypocritical. ----- jim o\-S
