... a friend of mine recently purchased a Web TV system. He is very disappointed that he can not use a scanner with Web TV. At least this is what the "salespeople" at Circuit City tell him. I've seen some posts here with scans that are done using Web TV. How is this done?

I would VERY much appreciate any help for my friend. He is on a limited budget and wants to participate on Boards & eBay. If you have any suggestions please send me an email.
