If you look at the 2nd column from the right you are looking at the amount of chips issued, when it is known. Rack chips do not normally have this number as it is not known how many were made. Not all LE's have the number.

In the INLAY DESCRIPTION column it tells you what the chip was issued for.
Most LE's are $5.
