I don't believe paypal has gone international yet...I use it ..I like it ...No problems yet! I use it on my low credit limit card just to be safe but any unauthorised trans. are insured any way...If you develope a high balance on your account ..{Like if your a dealer only selling and not beaming money out.}
Then you have to withdraw money from your paypal account, and you have two options....Let paypal write you a check and mail it {3 weeks} or open your checking account to them so they can wire you the money {3 business days}..But its early days, and yet they have access to a lot of peoples credit cards!!!!!
