For a few years (1994, 1995 & 1996) he was buying up all the LE's he could get his hands on. He would pay runners to stand in line at the Horseshoe when they released the $2.50 add on chips every year. He told them to keep getting back in line until the cage ran out of chips.
When Barley's had their grand opening in 1996 I was in there waiting for them to release the chips. As I was walking around I spotted Tuna leaning against the wall near the cage. I walked over to him & asked him how many he was going to get. He said as many as he could.
