The Early Chip Newsletters

I'm trying to guess which were the two chip collecting newsletters that preceeded formation of the Club. I know of Armin Pfaender's newsletter, but can't recall the name of the Club he started. Might have been Pioneer? Both Howdy Herz and Bill Borland had occasional lists of stuff for sale that they sent out; Howdy was operating as The Coin Company and Bill as The Gambler, as I remember. I think this was before Doug Saito started Chip Chat, but that could have been one of them.

How about it, Archie? What were the two mentioned in the History PDF on the Club bb?

By the way, I had never seen this history page before. Glad someone is keeping track of these things. I see it needs to be updated a bit as the last revision was a year ago.

Another interesting "list" that might be added is the member numbers assigned each year since the Club started.
