If someone copied the artwork on a chip from that casino's website and used it without asking, THAT would be stealing. Copying scans from anyone else's website and using them without asking is also stealing. Scanning an image of a chip that I possess is NOT stealing and I don't need the casino's permission. Using private auctions obviously shows you don't appreciate other people taking advantage of your work, yet you don't seem to have any problem doing just that yourself.

I personally won't bid on private auctions. It looks like the seller is trying to hide more than just the bidder's identities. I know private auctions have been used in the past to prevent people from informing bidders of false information in an auction description...
