The Last Frontier thing-a-majig is a hanger for clothes hangers. It hooks on the top of the car window, then you could hang clothes in the car.

(BTW, I don't think Judith's poncho was a rain poncho...just the style back then, and a handy way to smuggle menus without a large purse! Maybe Dawn & Gina should start wearing 'em! )
