In a previous post, I mentioned that it did not bother me if someone used my scans for their benefit. I still maintain that position. HOWEVER, if anyone else objects to having their scans used by others, then I definately stand up and agree with that persons right to keep his scans private.

In other words, Andy, I've softened my position especially when arrogance on the part of the person using others scans is being so belligerent. And yes, permission should be asked--if for no other reason, just common courtesy.

Possibly if that courtesy was given, then the perpetraters second bidders may not have been notified without permission as well by others.
