to anybody?
The name of the Co that markets (Chaplin, Babe Ruth, etc.) should be on the chip. I can tell you Babe Ruth's name is fiercely defended by the marketing Co.
Presidents, etc. If you use a picture in clip art, there is no copyright payment.
