I'm not sure of value because the appeal of tokens (espcially illegal ones) is so limited. I have a bunch of different tokens from illegal clubs. As far as Detroit tokens, I have the one you show as well as:

Chesterfield Inn (Gratiot Ave) - "Good For 5c in Trade"
21 W Elizabeth - 50c

I scanned the Chesterfield but can't seem to locate the W Elizabeth token.
