We have been speculating on these CEP's for years, Kurt. We know that they are NOT Monte Carlo, Monaco. I thought that they may be from Casino Elysee Palace, Vichy, France. John Benedict says, no. He has seen many chips from that casino and they are the BG European style jetons (plastic or celluloid), not plastic with metal filigree inlays. They are fairly common but no one so far, has known their locale.
