Hmm....I didn't realize that "buying" a chip wasn't really
buying it. Am I right in saying that, technically, we should
never remove a chip from a casino?
What about Jim's statment <(Note that this does not include
reproduction of a chip which is itself being offered for sale.)
How can we be allowed to sell it if it doesn't really belong to us?
I'm not trying to argue here....I'm genuinely interested about
these questions.
I can understand the art work copyright. But what about this...
who owns a chip from an obsolete casino...one that's gone all
together? If that corporation (let's say for example) is now
out of business...who owns the chip? Does it default back to
the manufacturer of the chip?
Sorry to be so thick headed. I've just never really thought
about these things.
