Can anyone give some info on the Slot Cards RR appearing on the board?
What are they, how do they start, can I start one or get in on one?
California is starting to put out cards, most from the Indian Reservations. San Manuel, Spa, Barona, Viejas, etc. Hollywood Park, Crystal Park have them also.
