You can "NOT" go to a casino and buy a chip!! They are not "for sale." NV law says, the chip "always" belongs to the casino. You are only using it for gaming purposes "ONLY."
The art work for chips to be made says, "The art work always belongs to the manfacturer" and not the casino. This art work is signed off on, by a casino representive and submited to gaming.
So, do we have a chip that belongs to a casino and art that belongs to the manfacturer? So, do we need 2 releases to use the image?
