As for the Will Espin chip on ebay, it's a personal decision I've made ... since I have not seen one offered for sale yet. Had someone else offered one on ebay, I would not have put one of mine up. Usually, when a new issue is realeased in Atlantic City, they appear on ebay almost instantly. I was surprised that after three days of its release no one had offered one for sale.... so I did.

As for the opening bid itself, I personally feel that the chip is worth more than the opening bid... especially when I see the prices being paid for chips that are a lot more common than this extremely tough issue. I'm sure there are those who will disagree, and that's fine. I would be very interested if anyone could show me another $5 Atlantic City 500 issue L.E. chip for less money.... that has been severely limited to a five chip per person purchase.... that didn't have all the in-house shenanigans associated with this Espin chip.
