There was a problem with the admin utility for the Collection Library system. When you copy the URL out of the admin utility, I was using the wrong slashes in the URL! IE does a good job in catching that small syntax problem and doesn't really care if I use back slashes or forward slashes. It turns out the folks that use Firefox can see the images because Firefox is more particular about it. So I have changed the admin utility so that it creates the URL in a proper format. In the future when you copy the URL's, you should be good-to-go. Sorry 'bout that!
