This is like regular cardboard but it has a non corrugated side and the corrugated side has the sticky stuff and you must cut it to size yourself. I would think you would want to do that depending on the size of the envelope you are using.
It does no harm to the chip and sticks very well and is very very light weight and when sealed the thickness still is within the letter rate. The difference what CRO_NEL has is that is a bit lighter more consistency of weight and is cushsion according to Greg, for chips. I just weighed 2 chips and depending on the type of chip it just makes the 1 ounce??Close... If it goes to the next ounce its $.17 more. This cost me $.25 a foot (This cost would very depending on where you live for shipping charges) and is good for approx. 800 mailings. I cut several feet off the roll and wrapped it in its own roll and put the rest away down stairs till I need more.
