Jet Pack, Jiffy Pack, Bubble Mailer, Econo-Pack. All pretty much the same thing. Some have fiber filling, some have bubbles.

Mailing flats have no padding, but are usually single layer cardboard.

So no one knows how much it's going to cost to mail a chip with the new regulations. Not even the post office?
