I'm coming to Vegas on Thursday for 5 days. But (there's always a but!) after years of flying Economy, for 11 hour flights I now tend to try and fly Premium on Virgin Atlantic using my airmiles. Managed to do this on this trip, but booked too late for the outward flight to Vegas direct, so it's LA and the drive up I15. Problem for me is that I land around 6pm, which is 2am for me (London time, 8 hours difference) and so although I'll be starting the journey, not sure I'll make it to Vegas (or at least Primm) before I need to get some sleep.

I've stayed in Victorville before, but if I make it to Barstow or Baker, can anyone recommed a motel within easy reach of the Interstate? Nothing fancy, just clean, safe and easy to find!

Also, if I make it to Primm, again are there any suggestions for the best casino to stay at in Primm?
