I will NEVER stay at the Sahara hotel again. I requested no room service, but I guess what they don't understand the words "NO ROOM SERVICE". A 20yr collection of jewelery gone, thanks to the maid. The CEO of Sahara won't even return my calls, letters, or anything. Their only reply is, "We have a safe for you to put your personal items in. My reply back is, if you can't understand the words no room service, how do you expect me to trust you". Some 20th wedding anniversary gift uhhhhh?
I can't believe this is the way you would run a professional business!!!! But I've not given up yet. I have contacted the Attorney Generals office.
Never again.....
