Right you are Mark and Matt!
If you can slow motion/pause your dvd player with your copy of the Casino DVD playing, you will not only recognize the Riviera main cage in several scenes, but look over DeNero and Don Rickle's shoulders....you can see the neon/edge of the SPLASHBAR!!!
