If I am ever in doubt about the quality of a chip I always ask the seller to send a condition description...If after, reading between the lines, it does not sound like the seller is being upfront, I pass on the item. I never bid on chips without a condition description as I have been burnt a few times too many. It is also a waste of the sellers and buyers time to have to answer these queries, wouldn't it be nice if everyone included a detailed description on their auctions???
I also would be very upset if I received a chip that did not have the same condition as shown in the sellers scan. That is misrepresentation clear and simple. Definitely grounds for a refund!!!
