Sounds like the 4th Issue, the one with the hotel to me. Binions Horseshoe in the price guide are way out of line with what they get today. Take the .25 cent.
Campiglia's guide says $250 in new condition. I paid $100 for it in SU+ condition two years ago. You can get it for less than $40 today. Pretty much like that for the entire set, except for the $1, which is still hard to find in SU or better.
Still, the book says $500, I say $100-$150 maybe.
The $5 and $25 are easy to find in nice shape. SO, put it all together, and I say no more than $250 for the set IF all the chips are in great shape. In average condition, less that half that.
Just my semi-educated guess.....
