I ship almost all of my items through paypal, anybody done that after the postal increase? My reasons are very simple. I get a conf. del. for 14 cents. I have not paid a surcharge. I get paypal protection. I get a record of the shipment. I pay for all that. But has paypal adjusted its fees?
