I looked at the first of his listings and you are absolutely correct, even down to the exact alignment and the nuances of reflected light. I suggest you write eBay at:

and file a complaint about a fraudulent listing. In it, give the web address of where the pictures came from.

I already did, but it will get them off their butts to investigate. If these are dice702.com's they will know the by checking the name. Dice702 has over 3300 transactions and this person has zero. Sounds like fraud to me.
